Many said it was the worse year they ever had. No real rainfall since July of 2023 leaving reservoirs that normally held twenty to thirty thousand birds bone dry. Couple that with unseasonably warm temperatures in Canada and the Dakotas with no cold weather to push ducks south equaled low duck numbers. We had a great time and thankful for what we did bag. Looking forward to our next hunt.
